The partnership between Maison de l’Avenir, Terre Solaire and GSE Intégration has resulted in the ecological and efficient construction of an autonomous house in Brittany. To achieve this, the house builder Maisons de l’Avenir worked with Terre Solaire for the installation of the photovoltaic panels and with GSE Intégration for the optimised integration system for photovoltaic panels, the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM. 

This integration system facilitates the installation of roof windows of all sizes in residential photovoltaic roofs. In addition, the GSE IN-ROOF SYSTEM, in association with the ODL Solar Integrator, enables the incorporation of Roof windows to the PV array. This means that the house benefits from both daylight and indoor heating during the winter and mechanical ventilation during the summer, while producing renewable electricity for its own consumption on an annual basis. A virtuous strategy when you tend to become energy self-sufficient. So no need to choose between solar panels and roof windows!

The partnership of three building sector experts ensures that this house is perfectly built to meet the new Environmental Regulations. This autonomous house is scheduled for delivery in April 2021.
